“If you want to learn something, read. If you want to understand something, write. If you want to master something, teach.” – Yogi Bhajan
Each one of us is already a master. You may have already begun to sense this in your yoga practice. The humming of your body, the power of the breath, and the strength and balance that develops with commitment are all subtle realizations that this body is something spectacular.
This 200-hr certified teacher training is designed to take you further down the path of self-realization, while providing strong tools and confidence to teach to others. It is our purpose on this planet to uplift ourselves so that we may increase the strength and vibrancy of those around us.
Be yourself. Burn brightly. Do so unwaveringly.
